Technique classes are workshop-style classes which focus on specific aspects of the yoga practice. Attending these classes regularly will provide you with the building blocks for a well-rounded yoga practice.
Following a short warm-up, we will practise several postures according to the class theme. Lots of details about functional anatomy, biomechanical principles, structural alignment, breathing instructions, modifications, use of props, tips for deepening the postures, etc. This setup gives me the opportunity to assist you individually with verbal corrections as well as hands-on adjustments. The aim is to help you develop skills to progress in a smart and safe way.
The class finishes with a guided breathing and meditation practice.
